Shipping and Terms

All animals must be paid for in advance of shipping.  All Reptiles are guaranteed to be healthy and properly sexed.    Animals are sent via FedEx at the buyer’s request, shipping is not included in the price. Animals are shipped in insulated boxes with heat packs in winter and cold packs in summer, if needed. Someone must sign for the package on the first delivery attempt to receive the live arrival guarantee and contact us with photos within 4hrs of any issues.

Plants are shipped USPS Priority or FedEx 3-day depending on selection at check-out.  Plant shipping during summer and winter can have insulated boxes used, if selected.  Some slight damage can occur to leaves during shipping but should not significantly affect the plant. Pine Ridge exotics is not liable for packages unable to be delivered or marked as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address or for any carrier delays, as there can be a wide range of delays due to unforeseen circumstances.  While there are no returns, we guarantee safe arrival if the seasonal appropriate shipping is chosen and packages are not left exposed to extreme temperatures.  You must contact us within 4hrs of delivery with photos.
